House is 500 m sq in country club. I am managing the entire project for a foreign gentleman who lives between Argentina and UK. I have guided my client through the design process for the house, on everything from electrics to furniture. High spec. finish. I have managed and based with both Argentine and Uk suppliers and contractors to obtain the best finishes. 2) Client 2 Managing clients property and assets in Argentina. Initially I took on the project to finish to the highest spec. a rebuild (interior and garden) for international hotel owner. I was given a remit and 24 hours with the client before being left to my own devices. I am able to work single-handed and can be relied on to reach targets. I had to set the property up, employ staff and having finished the initial project I now manage on a day-to-day basis the staff. I also assist my client when he is in Argentina around the clock. 3) Client 3 Organising polo tournament/assisting with building brand for 8 goal Australian polo player who has bought property in Argentina with the intention to develop country club.
