We asked her to re-visit that issue with deloitte and she said there was no flexibility. There is an open issue, not yet nailed down, abt out ability to use the ftc in the future without first using it in the past...which seems like a bad idea to me but we can discuss. I'm hoping to confirm we can use it in subsequent periods.
