Larry,
Thanks for confirmation of the schedule.
The 144 month inspections are not due for roughly 2 years. That is not something that we will approve.
If there are some inspections coming due in the 90 days or 100 hours after the anticipated closing date (we have to
deliver the aircraft current on its maintenance as of the closing date) that you want to propose adding to your prebuy
inspection that you pay to inspect Chevron will consider allowing those to be done as part of your prebuy. That is
common and customary, but looking out beyond that short term is not. Please do get us your complete prebuy
proposal ASAP to review. Once it is agreed upon it will be the definitive complete inspection that will be done as part
of this transaction. Thanks. Josh

Hello Josh,.
Your schedule for March 3, 4 and 6th works for us fine„ thank you for accommodating.
I'd like to include some 144month items during our premium package gulfstream prebuy,.
Below emergency exist window inspection„ under headliner inspect„ nothing earth shattering,. Could you
get Chevron's approval for Gulfstream to quote me the 144month items I'd like it taken care of during my
pre-buy?
Thx
Larry

Josh,
I have been more than reasonable. Makes little sense to dictate test flight dates.
Thx

Larry,
Chevron can't do it Monday. They will need to get the contract countersigned Monday before leaving
Tuesday. Please look at your schedule and try to change it. We really need to stick with the movement on
Tuesday and a test flight Tuesday or Wednesday. Thanks. Send me the work scope proposal as soon as
you can too. Josh

We have a crew set to fly on Tuesday, March 28th and do the test flight upon arrival or the next
morning before they fly home. I don't think there is any reason to delay the start of this a week and I
don't think that it is a good idea to deliver the airplane on a Friday or Saturday and leave for the
weekend. We need to have an induction meeting when we arrive to make sure everyone is on the same
page and Gulfstream is set to start. Can you do it in the beginning of next week?

Larry, That really kills an entire week when we could be starting the inspections. It would be best to
really stay with the schedule that Chevron is planning for....moving the plane on Tuesday and getting
started.
I still need to know if you've contacted Gulfstream Westfield and if
they are ready for us and we need to see your prebuy work scope in its
final complete form. Thanks. Josh
