HIM,
I just got a call from counsel for the USVI confirming that they have settled their case, so they no longer need SA
testimony. No need to do anything further on this, as the USVI has withdrawn its request. I'm cc'ing so that he is
also aware.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best,

Thanks very much for your help. A couple supervisors in SDNY's Civil Division have helped out with various Touhy requests
arising out of this case. I'm happy to connect you with them if that would be useful.

Thanks, . NY will handle.

Hi . ADC who was handling the Touhys in this civil litigation is now a SAUSA EDNY and no
longer in the legal unit. Do you know if there is a civil AUSA who is assisting with the USVI requests? FBI received a Touhy
in January, which I believe we denied, but I don't have a copy of the denial letter.
Thanks.

Thanks. Typically, the CDC office where the testimony will occur handles the Touhy process.
Are you good with taking this on?
Please let me know if you want to discuss.
Thanks again,

Hi
EFTA00162398
Hope you're doing well. I received the below request from , who represents the USVI AG's office in an
Epstein-related lawsuit. The FBI agent she's referring to is SA who testified at the Maxwell trial after being
subpoenaed by the defense, and who I believe still works in Florida. Do you have time in the next day or so for a call to
discuss?
Thanks,

As we discussed, we believe that we likely will need the testimony of the FBI agent who drafted this interview summary to
lay the foundation for admitting the document in the US Virgin Island's action against JPMorgan for violations of the
Trafficking Victims Protection Act. USW v. 1PMorgan, 1:22-cv-10904-JSR. The trial is set to start October 23rd before Judge
Rakoff in the SDNY.
We would not need the agent to disclose or confirm the contents of the statement, but to establish that Ms. was
interviewed on that date as part of an ongoing investigation.
I am sorry to trouble you and the FBI with this request, but would appreciate if you could convey it to the Bureau. We are
happy to work with the Bureau on the least inconvenient time for the appearance.
With best wishes,
