He informcd me that he is representing and that she would not be Ili make the June 3 ate and that she will invoke her 5th amendment right unless she is granted immunity. I informed him that was considered a victim/witness but he said that she would still invoke w/o immunity. SOUNDS like he has been well informed. Anyway Mr. White advised he had left you a message so I told him I would let the two of you work out the details. We can meet Monday afternoon and I will fill you in on the rest.
