1. judge there in person. I can do that, but there are space limitations to get enough potential jurors in the room to take these that we wouldn't be able to fit counsel table and the parties in the room. I would also have to repeat it six times, since we have two panels a day over three days.
2. Another option that occurs to me is to record a short video, which the jury department would simply play in advance of each panel filling out the questionnaire. Either way, I would distribute the script of what I would say before I record it to counsel so that you can weigh in or object or make any changes.
3. Let me hear your views as to that question regarding the logistics of some preliminary instructions from me.
