Defendant Aronberg’s counsel,JACOBS, SCHOLZ& WYLER,LLC, has rendered services inthe amount of $55,465.00 (calculated at116.2 hours x $425.00/ hour + 12.8hours x $475.00/hour), in conjunction with, the defenseof theinstantaction pursuant to § 57.105, FloridaStatutes. See, Exhibit“D”attachedhereto. 7.Affiant expects toincuranadditional 15.0hours at:$425.00 anhour in preparing for, traveling to, and attending the hearing on attorneys’ fees. Thus, the total amount of hourly attorneys’ fees the State Attorney is seeking is 144hoursforatotalof $61,840.00(calculated at 131.2hours x $425.00/hour + 12.8hoursx $475.00). 8. In additiontothe legal fees, Affiant’s lawfirm incurred expenses for costs during thedefenseofDefendant Aronberg. These costs include,thecosts taxable pursuant to Fla.Stat. § 57.041 and total $1,482.77.
