Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc., This agreement covers the main material terms and conditions that Enhanced Education a/k/a J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc., a not-for- rofit hilanthropic organization (hereinafter the "Foundation"), offers to Ms. (the "Employee") as Spokesperson and Communications Director. 1. The Foundation will directly employ the Employee as its Spokesperson and Communications Director; 2. In this capacity, the Employee will be responsible for the Foundation's public communications efforts, and will serve as the public face of the Foundation; 3. The Employee's salary in this position will be $100,000 per annum, and she will enjoy standard Foundation benefits; and 4. The employment contract is effective as of the date of its execution and will stay valid for three (3) years from the date of execution.
