On a side note Alfredo died in Dec. 2015. te: Subject: Inquiry regarding an old case We are trying to settle the "Jane Doe" litigation and the attorneys in the case are trying to get a copy of the undercover recording in "Operation Stolen Globe," which was the investigation of Epstein's former butler (Alfredo Rodriguez) who tried to sell the piece of evidence that he stole from Epstein's house. I explained that we can't turn over that evidence; the attorney would have to make a FOIA request to the FBI; but I agreed to find out whether the tape still exists. Can you find out whether FBI still has custody of the tape? If you do have it, please maintain it until a FOIA request is made and FOIA counsel can determine whether or not it needs to be produced.
