We have since followed up verbally and have confirmation that he is willing to increase his offer to $60 mm subject to some further diligence and review of some third-party management company/brand proformas. To this end, we have lined up 3 potential partners and are moving to engage their focus on preparing such.. We can do this quite quickly and hope to have some feedback to the buyer within the next 2 weeks latest.
