I know again we have no choice but a 44k machine with 45k in parts and repairs in less than 2 years is rather
upsetting for lack of care and skill by mechanics...

when the Lull arrived to LSJ it worked for a few months then things started to fall apart on it. They sold it at a
great price because it was used and they knew that it was going to break down eventually. we changed all the
hydraulic lines, all the control levers and a lot of other parts I mentioned that it was losing power months ago
and eventually the transmission might go down since we changed everything I needed to change. I know it's an
expensive part for a 2007 lull but once we get the transmission it should work really good since I already
installed a lot of new parts that was needed

This is the 2007 Lull 1044C. We paid 44,500 on 10/05/15 for the machine from the company Machinery
Maintenance. The current value of this machine from the websites Rock and Dirt and Machinery Trade are
$36,950 and $45,000 respectively I have attached the links for you to review.

Greetings Rich
Here is a new order for Parts for the JLG Lull 1044C Transmission and Engine Mounts. I am requesting
approval to purchase a re-manufactured transmission for JLG Lull 1044C. If we were to buy a new
transmission the price range is between 25K to 40K based on speaking with different vendors. So I
received quotes for re-manufactured transmissions for you to review.
The breakdown new order of JLG Lull is as followed:
A.
I received two quotes for the JLG Lull Parts from the companies Caribbean Motoring and United Rentals
here are the details as followed:
United Rentals Estimate #146544652- $11,595.66. I have attached the invoice for you to review.
The items will be available by the Middle of June. The mounts are in stock at this time but transmission
will take some time. Items will begin shipping from Texas between (06-16-17- 06/20/17).
Caribbean Motoring Estimate #1011- $9,937.89. I have attached the invoice for you to review.
The items will be available by the End of June. Per vendor mounts are available now. If ordered from this
company they have asked to send the old transmission core back to them.
B.
United Rentals. ETA (Mid of June) Per my discussion with vendor.

Caribbean Motoring.Once parts are received at the End of June. Once parts are receive by Charles he
will deliver it to Tropical Shipping. Estimated Arrival on STT be between weeks July 02,2017 to July
09,2017.
E.
United Rentals. We can use either a credit card or send a wire. I will have to provide wire instruction
for vendor sometime tomorrow since the parts manger is out today. There will be an extra charge for
them to ship directly to Tropical Shipping but I haven't been able to get a straight answer on the shipping
charges the but the range is between $500 to $750. Can only provide definite answer once parts are
weighed.
Caribbean Motoring. We can use either a credit card or send a wire for this order. (no additional fees
added). The wire instructions is attached for you to review.
F.
United Rentals. I wasn't able to negotiate this price down on these parts the price given is fixed from JLG
Dealer.
Caribbean Motoring. Vendor provided us the best price available for these parts.
Recommendations
My recommendations is go with Caribbean Motoring based on the cheaper price even though we have
to wait til the End of June. The time frames are similar to the other vendor at a cheaper price.
Regards,
Lucas
