Two detectives on March 4th, 2010, from the Tacoma Police Department came to Olympia, Washington where I lived at the time to my residence in order to conduct an illegal arrest. The two detectives came from behind and began tazoring me so I head-butted the male and gave a sprain finger to the female. Keep in mind that it was known to them that I was a federal agent who just came out from undercover (email from the United States Marshal Service enclosed revealing such with direct phone line. Note: The email made evidence at the following arraignment). The Olympia Police Department arrested me for assault. The arraignment was the following day on March 5th, 2010 under the cause number 10-1- 00354-5. Not only was I granted pro se status, I stipulated my own probable cause argument which was accepted on the merits of a violation of the 4th and 6th amendments. The 4th Amendment in the sense the two Tacoma Police Department detectives 1) did not have a warrant for my arrest and 2) did have probable cause for an arrest. The 6th Amendment in the sense that they, the Tacoma Police Department, 1) were out of jurisdiction and 2) would have to take me out of jurisdiction for prosecution and this was 3) even in the case of supposed email crimes where the arraignment judge and I agreed the jurisdiction of such alleged crimes would be where such emails had originated. 1 EFTA01110872  Furthermore, I had it noted in the record that I had a federal restraining order against the prosecution and law enforcement officers, 09-0257-01 (copy enclosed). Also, I had it noted in the record that the prosecution owned me $100,000 USD [per year] as per the federal court order 10- 3000-35B -- a copy of 10-3000-35B and 10-4000-7B and 09-0257-01 were submitted to the court by the United States Marshal Service prior to my illegal arrest -- email to me from the United States Marshal Service enclosed (copy of 10-3000-35B enclosed). The damages were to be paid from the wages of the prosecutors and sheriffs' departments of both Pierce and Thurston Counties to include both Tacoma and Olympia Police Departments and then the like judgments as per federal court order 10-4000-7B against the prosecutors and sheriffs' departments of both King and Mason Counties to include the Seattle Police Department (copy of 10-4000-7B enclosed). I did not ask for the charges to be dropped because I did not perceive that I would be safe from the Tacoma Police Department. I was allowed to sign with my credentials that were accepted by the court on the bail and subsequent bail paperwork as evidence that 1) my legal name had changed and 2) that such credentials were accepted by the court. (I have such bail paperwork.) I signed on arraignment "Dr. Andrew James Frantz JD, MD, PhD Expert Witness" and "as per Washington Registration and Bank and Checks and email from the United States Department of Justice in your possession." (Copy of Washington Registration and Checks enclosed.) I asked to go to Western State Hospital because I had undergone brain damage through severe rheumatic fever which was accompanied by severe memory loss which impaired my ability to perform my professional tasks (undercover work) while I was in New York City studying at Fordham University. I wrote a letter to the court stating that my desire was to go to Western State Hospital. Upon arrival to so named hospital, I presented what proof that I had to the doctors of my 2 EFTA01110873 degrees who diagnosed me as schizoaffective, bi-polar type, a diagnoses that I was not against, per a. The original prescription was Seroquel. The dosage schedule was aggressive and soon went from 200 mg/day to 500 mg/day where I began having trouble swallowing through severe dry mouth but nothing more. The doctor, Dr. Roman Glyzer, decided that I would take Zyprexa at 20 mg/day, 10 mg/morning and 10 mg/night. The first dose of Zyprexa elicited severe akathisia. Akathisia is an side-effect where the patient is not able to feel comfortable in any position and feels that he or she must walk continually. Sometimes the patient may even feel discomfort on the borderline of pain. I immediately asked the doctor to switch me back to the original medication. He declined although he acknowledged that I had akathisia and such admission was in his paperwork given to me. For six months, with increases in Zyprexa from 20/day to 40/day, I was made to suffer Akathisia. I gained weight in the hospital from around 142 pounds to around 176 pounds -- although I had a managed diet. When asked why the doctor would not change the medication back to Seroquel or stop increasing the deleterious medication, Dr. Glyzer commented that I had a delusion. I was not diagnosed with either schizophrenia nor schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenic type, so attributing the maintenance and eventual increases of Zyprexa on such a claim of delusion was not professional nor keeping with medical norms. Moreover, I showed Dr. Glyzer, beyond the court paperwork were I was allowed to sign as "Dr. Andrew James Frantz JD, MD, PhD Expert Witness," the email from the United States Department of Justice with the personal phone line of then Heather Walker (since such time her name has changed to -- a United States Marshal -- 206- 370-8613) and the Washington State Registration and the Checks, and still he would not change his course of treatment to the detriment of my mental health and personal health. Personal health in the form of chronic fatigue and in the form of unwanted weight gain, a weight gain I have not in the past suffered from Seroquel when I had taken it as an outpatient. After returning from Western State Hospital, the Honorable Gary Tabor of Thurston County allowed me to sign "Dr. Andrew James Frantz JD, MD, PhD Expert Witness" on court paperwork and speak on my own behalf.
