At that time, the Court considered the parties' proposed scheduling plan, which was filed on August 1, 2011. By Order dated June 2, 2011, the Court had directed the parties to file their scheduling plan by July 25, 2011. The Court takes the opportunity to remind couns el that its orders are not voluntary; failures to abide by them could lead to sanctions. At the time of the conference, the parties expressed some conce rn regarding the difficulty of formulating a plan for discovery while not knowing the outco me of the pending motions for reconsideration. However, the Court desires to put into place discovery deadlines to govern the management of this matter. Should the decisions regarding the motions for reconsideration require an adjustment of these deadlines, the parties may make an appropriate motion. Therefore, the Court will require the parties to abide by the discov ery deadlines set forth below. The Court will also issue a separate mediation order.
