Yes, but the=e are some really scary looking people milling around; people we have never=seen before. We are
concerned about how safe it is to have more than o=e access point open.
With warm regards,

Good morning,
This is about the only time I can send and email from home. The office has n= connectivity at all. The power is
still out and WAPA has not publish=d a time for Red Hook as yet. They are focusing on Downtown and the a=eas around
and including the hospital and two schools which are being used a= shelters..
The office smells as we have no AC - the AYH generator doesn't allow for our=AC to work. We all met at the
office on Monday and will be there coda= to air it out and begin trying to work just in the reception area since we=can
open the front doors for air.
There is still no cell service on the east end. Most of the towers cam= down. There is cell service from mid-
island (Cost-U-Less and Havensi=ht areas) going west.
There are still long lines for gas and about an hour wait to get into and fo=d store. Everything is still cash and
carry. The banks opened f=r limited service yesterday.
I have not been able to communicate with Anna for the last two days. J=anne told me that Anna was going to
(Stand GSJ on Monday. I did a sh=rt debrief with Carlos on Monday and he indicated that there was extensive d=mage
on LSJ. The backhoe had been moved to STT prior to Irma's arriva=. I also spoke to Smiley who said that he lost his
home.
We apparently have a tropical storm headed our way this weekend so more rain=for a day or two.

Tropical Shipping will begin coming in this weekend, weather permitting.&nbs=; The airport will reopen on
Saturday, again, weather permitting.
We are still on 6PM -12PM curfew. The roads are more passable but ever=one heads out at the same time so it
takes me a little over and hour to get=to Red Hook and I live right above Downtown.
With warm regards,
Cecile
