Now, here is a request for a big favour which, perhaps you, above all my friends might be able to pull off, but no worries if you can't. I am in the S of France, staying with some friends, one of whom will shortly be leaving the Hotel School in Lausanne after a 4 year intensive course in the hospitality industry. He told me tonight that his dream above all, would be to work for Hyatt in China. Is there anyway you could forward his CV (see below) to your chum Tom Pritzker? I appreciate that Tom must be inundated with similar requests, so if this is the case please don't give it a second thought. However, you cannot possibly imagine the HUGE street cred this would give me if you could make this happen. Above all, I would not make this recommendation if I did not believe this young man would be a credit to the Hyatt organisation.
