This family-run farm has been curing meat for years, but is now looking to make its operation fully "pasture to plate" by building an earth-banked aging room. He's built everything from massive drumming machines to wind instruments resembling old-fashioned church organs, each as spectacular to behold as they are to hear. The coincidence became inspiration for Happy Inside, a series of images reflecting on the commodification of different lifestyles.
