Permits for Yoga deck, pool house, new house (items 1, 10, 11, 14, 18 & 25 are building site, steam room etc. The principle architect all pending on the same permit) running with this project is off island. Miles understands that there has being no movement with finalizing this project. + Update 2. Telephone system ii. Telephone system. The low audio is caused by static and water in the lines and Vitelco, USVI cable and telephone provider, is working on the problem. No deadlines given. + NC 3. Flags from LA iii. Installation has begun. Expected completion 30 April. xi. Pilings are in place. Moulds are on island and these will be cast as soon as possible in the New Year. xii. Project on hold until CCM permit inspection is completed. xiii. Once the new pilings are cast, the floating dock will be re-built to fit between the hard dock and the new pilings to provide a swimming platform. + NC Extra Pilings for Dock To be reconfigured as a permanent dock with swim ladders, railings etc. This is due to happen + NC Floating Dock once the CCM permit inspection is complete. + NC 11. Miles understands that there has being no movement with finalizing this project. ) Update 16. Roll on/Roll off Truck xix. Items to purchase. Truck and bins are operational. First bin is on island. Miles would like to propose a full maintenance, storage and delivery proposal that would cost $1600.00 per month but is setup to ensure that the truck and bins are well looked after. The proposal is with the company that provides us with barging services. The monthly cost is on a par with the previous bin provider when bin rental, barging, storage, trucking to the dump etc is taken into consideration. Please advise. ) L, pdate 17. Linda Pinto confirmed they ordered the incorrect tiles. New tiles are now on order and expected first week of March. 28. Update 20. Seamore, Nanna, Fat Cat & xxiv. Nanna - Is operational. Some cosmetic work remains Lady G2 but should be completed today. Fat Cat — is in St Thomas. Boscoe is currently completing the installation of the exterior. Miles believes that some work needs to be done to the interior to strengthen one bulkhead and to make the interior more cosmetically pleasing. Quote received is for $ 6500 which includes all materials and labor. Please advise. Yamaha are not going to release a 300hp engine. Mercury 300 CFI is now believed to be the best motor on the market. Quote to replace Yamaha to Mercurys given to JE awaiting approval. 28. Update Seamore - New engine will be transported by tropical 18 EFTA00577757 STATUS ITEM COMMENT shipping. Miles will provide a full quote for installation before project starts. Lady G2 - Engine is repaired and the boat is back on LSJ. Engine is not reliable but was repaired under warranty. Larry is investigating and awaiting approval for the purchase of a Johnston 4 stroke engine which will replace the Mercury. Larry is purchasing a new four stroke engine and should be available for shipment 28 Feb. 28. Update 21. New Office area below xxv. Architects have not provided updates to Madison Cox per last correspondence Miles received from Cox. C Miller is working to get architects to respond. NC 24. Great Room wind xxviii. JE requested that 4 panels be constructed to fit in the 4 Protection Panels arches to stop the wind and rain from entering the patio on the South east portion of the room facing St. John. Outside contractors have supplied a quote of $36000.00 to complete this project as maintenance staff too busy to complete. Miles believes that this price is unacceptable and will look into other sources. 19 EFTA00577758 STATUS ITEM COMMENT xxix.
