Ashley told Larry he would send Darren the comments today but he could not do a redline because the format he has was a PDF. Around 3:00 today I advised Larry we had nothing, and he said "Let me chase him right now" and that was the last I spoke with him. I called again right now and it went to voice mail. After everything we have been through, I cannot help but be skeptical, but we have to keep pushing on. I did not feel that any of the comments concerning the Purchase Agreement were unreasonable, and I do not believe they would be wasting their own time if they did not have an intention to finish the deal. I more inclined to agree with Darren's theory that their may be one additional link that has not been disclosed to us, and that link is the lynchpin to the deal.
