Fraudulent Activity Reported in 2016 before Release from Reported and supplied documented evidence of Intellectual Property Theft, Illegal Activity, Sexual Targeting, Fraudulent Activity, including Electricity account barcode scanned, Townsville Fines Department, Police Targeting Denied Investigation and Assistance - Case File Closed. 2017 - Evidence closed Following receiving the report from I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner concerning the Illegal Activity and targeting I packed away the evidence and believed that that was the end all avenues that I could exhaust seeking justice and assistance on the reported illegal activity and Intellectual Property Theft. At this point I believed that the illegal activity was contained to the Port Pirie Region and involved the medical Business Plan only. I laid the case to rest as I had now re-located to Kadina and began to re-build my life. I gained employment in Roman Pizza bar, Kadina, Daniel Akkari and continued to progress with my book development "Reality " , the first book of a series, and gained a publishing contract in 2018. I continued to develop the next book "On the Edge Of Reality" in 2016 - 2020, and gained a second publishing contract in 2020. In 2017 I began the third book of the series "Destiny", which is under contract automatically with Austin Macauley Publishers, contract clause in first and second contract ; Austin Macauley has first rights to all subsequent works. In 2020 I began the construction of the forth book of the series "Victory". In 2019 I began another book unrelated to the series "The Fallen Angel" All books have been constructed and developed on a computer never been connected to the internet - No intemet access In 2017 I began to construct and develop JC Designs, business concepts hand written between the years of 2013 - 2016, sighted and signed NDA by Peter Harder, Copper Coast Council, Kadina - Business Advice. In 2018, believing that the illegal activity, including Sexual Targeting that had occurred in the Port Pirie district had ceased I developed a profile on AMM (Adult Match Maker) dating site and met Vincent Bulone, KTH Sweden University, Adelaide University, Adelaide. In 2019 following the suspicious pattern of Vincent Bulone's behaviour - Refer to Stage 2A Sexual Targeting, Vincent Bulone , I ended the relationship and realised that the illegal activity had not ceased and was not contained to the Port Pirie region only. In 2020 I received a screen shot of the photograph profile on a Whatsapp mobile phone app and realised that my identity had been stolen from my computer (Toshiba Laptop) and I was being marketed as a sex worker to unknown individuals - Sexual Targeting I had my Toshiba Laptop cleaned of viruses, which resulted in 136, 000 malwares. I realised that the illegal activity involved further investigation and realised that it had to include and involve the Government. I reported the Illegal activity, Targeting and Intellectual Property EFTA00266515 Theft to Hon Steven Marshall, premier of South Australia and Vicki Chapman, Attorney General of South Australia. The illegal activity was denied, assistance denied and advised to contact Slater and Gordon Law Firm for advice and Stephen Wade, Health Minister concerning the Intellectual Property of the Medical Business Plan and M.S.I.C, communication tool. Slater and Gordon law Firm contained a lawyer Alexander Nyugen - Refer to Name Comparison File Heidi Salvemini. Hon Steven Marshall, Premier of South Australia denied that it was a case for the Corruption Commissioner and would not place the evidence I supplied into the possession of the Corruption Minister. Stephen Wade, Health Minister returned the exact same outcome as previously reported outcomes to Hon Jack Snelling, the Intellectual Property Theft was denied and claimed that the GP Plus Clinics were not under the governance of the Government but were rather a Government Initiative. It was at this point I realised that it was the Government and I was a Government Target. I ceased all activity on the Toshiba Laptop and purchased a new computer system, new accounts, new phone number and accounts, and registered every account under JC INNOVATIONS. JC INNOVATIONS newly constructed business, Constructed and developed between 2019 - 2020. I applied for MADEC funding, ICadina, of the new business and supplied the developments in detail under the Government Departments Intellectual Property Laws - The funding was denied. I applied for a $5,000 credit card with the Commonwealth bank, applying under the details of employment, Carers allowance, no living expenses and $30,000 assets - The funding was denied. The illegal activity continued following the reporting to the government figures, involving the hacking of the new computer system, phone accounts and accounts, blocking of Social Media services marketing the publication of my first novel, "Reality, published and released in 30th October 2020. I then received an altered BAS Statement, altering the rebate of $70.00 to $0 - Denying me a rebate without requesting proof of the rebate from the Australian Taxation Department. I received a Fraudulent email stating that it was from the office of Senator Adam Bandt, Melbourne, Victoria containing details that I had not supplied. I researched all evidence in my possession and located all of the Hand written business concepts developed and designed between the years of 1993 - 2021, which had resulted in Intellectual Property Theft, of which numerous developments, including the Housing development written in Glenside detention were in the Governments possession and university's.(Adelaide University, Vincent Bulone) I then began to construct a Legal Case against the Government and the individuals involved in 2020 to 2021. Between the years of 2020 - 2021 following denied funding of MADEC, government department and the Commonwealth Bank, Government Banking Institution the concepts of JC INNOVATIONS were stolen, resulting in continuous Intellectual Property Theft, and following the reports made to Hon Steven Marshall, Premier of South Australia and Vicki Chapman, Attor- ney General of South Australia. The business concepts were under NDA's with development companies, stored in a McAfee vault under 3 passwords to access the vault or access authority to change passwords. EFTA00266516 The new computer system and my phone security systems were installed by professionals, IT Specialists and Telstra Business Manager, who placed restricted access on my account, store only access of the manager of business manager. Centrelink, ICadina placed restricted access on my account under the guidance of the submitted Illegal Activity that had occurred. 2020 - 2021 the illegal activity is still current and present, and being conducted while I am constructing the Legal Case for prosecution of the Government and individuals involved. I have now isolated myself, ceased all personal relationships, social media services, removed JC INNOVATIONS from my new computer system. now stored on a disconnected hard drive and stopped all productions on my book developments and have concentrated on the construction of the Legal Case to eradicate the Criminal element of the targeting and illegal activity from my life, before I begin to re-construct my life again. All Illegal activity's reported in this Legal Case, including the construction of this Legal Case has been conducted under the act of Government Illegal Surveillance and Shared Government Illegal Surveillance.
