If your institution issues only one transcript, we will need a certified copy of the document. My document not in English must be translated into English by a certified translation or evaluation agency. You must provide us with all required transcripts in order to register for any future term. If you are seeking transfer credit from an international institution please review these requirements. (4) Complete International Student Forms and Apply for Your Visa: Our records indicate that you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
