I do not like to make a big deal over simple things. You realize that if you want to go by the letter of the lease I can also. There is a 5250 late fee of payments that are not received by the 10th day of the month. Please have the rent payment at my house today. If not today please include the late fee of $250. For future months if we do not have the payment on time please include the late fee of $250. This is a bit tiresome.
