He stated had been to the "island" several times and she wishes to come forward. stated they are from LA and have not have great interactions with law enforcement and he is requesting only my presence. He was insistent on there being no police vehicles present or me being in a uniform. I informed the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is being handled by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). stated did not wish to speak with the FBI, and again was insistent that I conducted the interview myself. I informed I would have to contact my supervisor and I would be back in contact with him. On 07/20/20 at about 1228 hours, I contacted Lt. . Lt. requested I notified the FBI and ask them how they wanted me to proceed. CONTACT WITH THE FBI: On 07/20/20 at about 1240 hours, contact was made with Special Agent (SA) SA informed me he would find out who the assigned case agent is and get back to me. On 07/21/20 at about 1429 hours, I received a phone call from SA who informed me the case is out of the New York FBI Field Office and provided re the report number 31E-NY-3027571. SA stated perhaps would be more comfortable with a female Special Agent. SA subsequently put me in contact with SA CONTACT WITH On 07/21/20 at about 1439 hours, I contacted by telephone. I updated on the request made by Lt. and the information obtained from SA stated he is unsure if will be okay with these arrangements and stated he would talk to her and get back in touch with me on 07/22/20. On 07/22/20 at about 0643 hours, informed me is willing to speak with a female FBI agent and me. requested I contacted and provided me her phone number. stated, "We have had few very odd messages in the last 24 hours", "I am actually scared at this point". CONTACT WITH I .: On 07/22/20 at about 1154 hours, I contacted by telephone. stated this is some "serious fucking shit". She explained she was okay with SA and me coming by for an interview. stated we cannot come in uniform and we cannot have any police vehicles at her residence. informed me she is scared for her life, scared for her husband's life and scared for her son's life. she informed me her son who she identified as resides in . She stated she wanted an officer to "follow him" and make sure he is okay. I informed her I could contact PD and explain her concerns however I cannot promise what will or will not be done. She stated she did not want them contacting her son however because he does not know what is going on and she does not want to "freak him out". An interview was ultimately scheduled for 07/27/20 at 1000 hours at her residence. asked for a marked patrol call to frequent her residence to make sure everything is okay as she is fearful for her safety. I informed her I would send out something to patrol requesting welfare checks. DISPATCH NOTIFICATION: On 07/22/20 at about 1335 hours, Police Department dispatcher put out an agency wide message requesting "900 checks" (welfare checks) of the residence. CONTACT wiTHIIPD: On 07/22/20 at about 1348 hours, I contacted the Police Department. I spoke with Detective and briefed him on this investigation. Detective stated he would provide this information to his Lieutenant. On 07/22/20 at about 1601 hours, Detective informed me that address is within the jurisdiction of (III) Police Department. CONTACT WITH III PD: on 07/22/20 at about 1602 hours, I reached out to Lt. from Police Department. Lt. directed me to speak with Detective . On 07/23/20 at about 1634 hours, contact was made with Detective and I briefed him on this investigation. Below is a summary of our interview with review audio recording for further information: advised , she married her husband When she got married, she decided to legally change her birth name from to explained she decided to change her name as she was hiding from a person named (unknown last name) who she met in December of 1993 at 21 years of age in LA, California. She explained through she got involved in abusing "Speed" and was "sucked into" a sex trafficking ring. advised her "whore name was admitted to at the time having a "massive speed problem" and was an "every day" user. She advised gave her "free speed" and that drew them very close. She explained to us how she met by saying she knew a person named IMI" who introduced her to her boyfriend at the time "- (ph.) and then introduced her to described as a 35-year-old Caucasian male, with a faint beard "S day growth", brown eyes, short brown hair to his neck, which had a "feathered back" however it was all one length, thin face, high cheekbones, a "nose of a Jew", was fluent in Spanish, had no known tattoos or scars. She advised was married and had a pregnant wife at the time. She explained his wife was approximately 45 years of age and was a "coke dealer". went on to talk about how close she and got. She explained at one point her boyfriend IIII, she and had a threesome and she advised, "I know how to pleasure both guys". She recalled a couple of days after the threesome she went to for more speed. informed her the speed was in his bedroom, which she recalled thinking was unusual, as he never kept the speed in his bedroom. She recalled going into his bedroom, an unknown male put a needle in her arm, and she was sexually assaulted and physically assaulted by She said next thing she knew there was a male person standing above her. She identified him as (unknown last name) and he was there to "protect her". She explained she ultimately fell in love with , and he later was murdered in front of her. When asked to explain residence where she was held, stated it was in . She advised she was unsure exactly how long she was kept at that residence, but she thought it was approximately two months at the most, although the people holding her told her it was six months to a year. advised she was not allowed to leave her bedroom at house. She Said her bedroom was like a master suite, with a bathroom and shower, and it had a large king size bed, had French doors which opened to the back patio where the pool was. The room was decorated in a manner she wished she could decorate a house. She recalled it was decorated in "pink, purple and blue" and had "pink, purple and blue" "black out curtains". The walls were a "sky blue" and the bed had many pillows. She remembered the house being a one story single-family residence. She recalled the pool being a large pool, which she described as a diving pool (deep). said if she was standing by the pool and looking back at the residence all the windows were covered with blackout curtains so she could not see inside. Right next to her bedroom was office. explained on one occasion she left her room when she was not supposed to and went to go into office and he was on the phone and there were guards near his office door. She did not know the context of the conversation or with whom was speaking. advised she is bisexual and would bring two women over to "entertain her" and she identified those women as ". believed they were around 18-19 years of age. added the king size bed in her bedroom at was big enough to fit her, She also stated, "every now and then a 16 year old would come through". She recalled seeing the sixteen year old by the pool, however could not identify her or recall her name. recalled three separate occasions when she was taken from residence, put on a jet, and flown to another location. estimated the timeframe of these three incidents to be "relatively close" to one another. Below is a summary of those three incidents. She explained on one incident got her dressed in lingerie and a fancy dress and blindfolded her with a sleeping style eye mask. She said she was put in a car and driven to an airport. She recalled being made to drink something and when she woke up, she was still blindfolded and on a jet. She recalled and being on the jet and when she woke up, she felt "groggy as hell". believed they were on the plane for a couple of hours. gave her Champagne to drink and she passed out again. When she woke up, she was in what she believed to be an "office waiting room". She recalled removing her blindfold and her doing a "line of speed" before putting the blindfold back on. then brought her into a different room where recalled a female came into the room and grabbed her by her cheeks and looked into her eyes and said, "So this is her", told to take off her dress, and talked about having "fire" in her eyes still. was asked if she knew who the female was or if she could describe her. stated it is the "bitch sitting in jail right now and singing like a bird", referring to Ghislaine Maxwell. was taken back to the waiting room She was told to put her mask back on and was then led to a "suite style" "hotel room". was asked to describe the "suite style/hotel room", where she stated, the room had a king size bed, red drapes and carpet however she did not recall the color. was told to keep her eyes closed and the mask on for her safety and to wait until the "John" came into the room She recalled the "John" entering. She said, "You never forget a voice", "I'll never forget his voice". She said the "John" said "very nice", "take off your clothes" and then the "John", guided her to the bed and "proceeded to fuck me". She said afterward the "John" said, "That was really nice, I'd like to do that again". shared the "John" whose voice she will never forget was that of Bill Clinton. was asked if she could hear anything else while in the room where she said she could hear footsteps and muffled voices outside the bedroom door. She said she thought she heard another voice you cannot forget however clarified it was through a wall so she is not positive. She explained she thought she heard Donald Trump's voice outside the bedroom then remembered coming into the room and dressing her. asked if she knew whose voice that was and when she stated she did replied, "Keep it to your grave". then walked , who was blindfolded, back down a hall to an elevator, they went down the elevator and she recalled walking on tile before being put into a vehicle. She said the next thing she remembers was waking up in house and asking how long it has been and he said 2 weeks. then explained the second incident and said it was the same as the first incident however stated she never saw Ghislaine. then explained the third incident and said during that incident she was "not drugged on the final approach" (to their destination). She said she could partially see out the window and described seeing an island, which she drew for SA in roughly the shape of a bean. She noted the island was tropical, had sand on it, and had a building, which looked similar to a hotel. She also remembered seeing bungalows. She said got a phone call, was very "angry" and told the pilot to go back. said, "You are lucky you're worth more to me than being sold". said the pilot then turned the plane around then stopped at an unknown location to refuel before continuing back to California. stated because they turned around on the third occasion, she only landed and was on the island on two separate occasions. also informed us of another incident where she was placed on the jet blindfolded and taken somewhere south of the border. She said she recalls everyone speaking Spanish and being around "very rich Latino men", she said it was a very large property with many "large" guns. She said she is aware of the coronavirus however does not know the reported numbers and she does not want to know the numbers as it will worry her. SA inquired as to what made come forward now. explained she believed her cell phone was compromised and she received a suspicious package. She said she believed had found her and was trying to keep her quiet. explained she had a conversation with and her mother about some Twinkle Star Light Chain she wanted for her backyard. She said she had looked everywhere for them and could not find them She said out of nowhere she received a package in the mail from Amazon with a set of the Twinkle Star Light Chain. She explained she looked at her Amazon account and she did not purchase it, she looked at account and he did not purchase it, she reached out to her mom and she did not purchase it. said she even asked her next-door neighbor who she said has a crush on her to see if he purchased it and he did not purchase them. She said the only plausible person could be said she was concerned for her safety and that of her families, as she has changed her name and physically moved as to not be located by and she feels as though he now found her. The Amazon package shows it was delivered on 07/21/20 and inside the package there was an order form which shows the item was ordered on 07/19/20, the order ID is "I ", the item ordered was a "Twinkle Star 100 Star Light Chain", the serial number for the item ordered is and the Amazon serial number is stated she is worried the item is bugged and requested I take it from her property. said if there is no bug in the lights she wants them back and said, "cause I never get to keep anything he gives me" (referring to . SA asked what she was hoping to get out of this and responded, "I know I really don't have that much information to help you, I mean all I got, I know, is I just have voices", "I know I fucked Bill Clinton", "I can't say I saw him, I know I have no tangible evidence to go on", "but anything I can give you may help someone else who has any information". SA asked if she would be willing to comply with future interviews if they were deemed necessary and she said, "I just have one request that you come" and looked at me (Detective ).
