The Court, having reviewed the Motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Jeffrey Epstein's Motion to Bifurcate Trial is hereby GRANTED. The trial shall be bifurcated into two stages. During the first stage the jury shall hear evidence regarding liability for actual damages, the amount of actual damages, and liability for punitive damages and shall make a determination on those issues.
