Complete Dock GYM Cement outside Tile to be installed outside gym to increase cement. JE to On Hold supply drawing of area in order to start project. Per JE, on hold. Dip and Chin Approved - Standing Body Masters. Ordered & expected in Machine Miami by Dec 8 — then to ship to LSJ. Stereo System installed. JE approved set-up / location / stereo while Miles 12/12 on site. Speaker cables to be hidden by Dec 12. MAIN CURRENT HOUSE Spot Lights Installed additional lights to illuminate terrace courtyard below Complete Great Room. Lanterns Lanterns in France for LSJ have been damaged in shipment — Pinto Pinto advised that re-storing will be too expensive & lengthy in time. They have been re-ordered — no delivery date yet. Lights Lights that shine up & down to replace glass hurricane lamps Complete located outside of the house. JE chose 6" diameter ones. Miles hung. Please see attached photos. *A-1 Courtyard Lights Removed sample and reverted to original spot light. Paint small section first for JE to see & approve. Photo to follow. If approved, completion by Dec 3. Great Room 1. Screen installed. Projector faulty — has been mended in NY. Complete Sound Experience has installed. 2. Ceiling fans extension poles reduced. Complete 3.1 amp to be installed. 4. Black out curtains for windows — black cloth to be draped behind movie screen to create total darkness. Christmas lights Christmas lights to be installed in large trees for the season. JE 12/16 advised to use Japanese lanterns in addition to Xmas lights. 1. Lanterns have been ordered & are expected in NY by Nov 29. 11/29 2. Xmas lights have been purchased & have been taken to LSJ on Nov 21. 3. Lanterns from David Tang have arrived & will go to LSJ on next trip. Kitchen & Office Change double doors to single doors. Doors too heavy to act as Woodshop 12/11 Doors single door. The good-looking hinges are not sturdy enough. Per JE, make up sample of double door for JE to view. Kitchen Salamander Attempt by technician to install was unsuccessful — shelve Bruce White 11/14 12x'5 above stove to be reconfigured. Framer is working off sample frame. Flag Pole Generator Burnt out due to rain. Replacement part is $2000.00 including JE shipping. JE to approve. GUEST ROOMS Bath Rooms All faucets to be changed to same as MBath — 5 sets ordered — awaiting delivery dates. MASTER BEDROOM MBR Stairs Down to Top half of stairs completed. Complete Beach Shoe Rack 6 & 7 foot chrome shoe rack / metal shelving - more options GM / Pinto being sourced. Steam Room Doug is currently preparing a drawing to send to Miles. Miles Doug advises that there are no local shower door companies on STT. JE to advise how Miles should proceed. JE Master Bedroom Bathroom fixtures: Bruce White Bathroom 1 — Waterworks sink faucets: have been installed. The remaining 8 shipped by manufacturer to LSJ on Nov 24. 3 — Czech & Speake bath fixtures were special-ordered & are expected at 65th St by Dec 3. Bathroom Door Self-closing hinge installed on MBR toilet door. Complete Floating Dock Miles spoke to Larry V & they suggest that since it has been JE on site difficult to find a manufacturer that supplies docks that can withstand saltwater conditions, the best alternative is to have one built in the same fashion as the jet ski dock, a floating modular system. JE to advise if to proceed once the jet ski dock has been received & assembled & JE has viewed it. Alternative source of floating dock sent to JE. Hot Water Replaced elements and thermostats. Complete Dressing Room 2 floor lights to be moved from bedroom into dressing room. JE JE Lights to source & buy 2 new lights for bedroom. LANDSCAPING / IRRIGATION Gym planting area Coconut and flamboyant trees have been planted in areas Complete marked by JE. Per JE, marked areas replanted. Wall — Old Heli Pad Construction of the wall to hide old helicopter pad & Coconut Complete tree planting on the inside of wall are complete. Coconut Trees Approved - 50 trees have been planted. Miles contacted pool 12/5 supplier in STT to source & provide information by Dec 5 Windscreen 1. Windscreen was moved behind plants. Complete 2. Matt to replant area with colorful plants by Dec 5. Matt 12/5 Seat in Rock 1. Bimini to be built with chrome or polished aluminum poles to JE cover seating area. Miles does not understand what JE wants so requests drawing to give to someone to make. Woodshop 12/19 Security Lights Large temporary diesel-powered lighting system - 2 light towers 12/5 ordered & expected in STT by Dec 5. Cost of each is $6,825. NANNA 4 Stroke Engines JE advised to wait until Jan. On hold Upgrade and Repairs Nanna is in the water. Boscoe 12/19 Requires minor electrical upgrade to repair the wires to the In progress radar & horns. In progress. Cabin area broken/fiberglass cracked for no apparent reason. JE advises repair as soon as possible as Boscoe reports damage is serious. Nanna hauled out at LSJ. Fiberglass repaired. Aluminum panel cut and sent to be powder-coated red, per JE. Re-carpeting will commence once boat operational. Hi-Fi Speakers Replace speakers as necessary. Boscoe 11/17 Cover Approved - $3500 for full storage cover for Nanna - to be used Boscoe 1/31 for protection between visits. Boscoe Approved - $2475 to re-cover seats. Deposit delivered to builder Nov 19. All wood backing material sent to supplier to be upholstered. Bottom paint to be redone once Nanna back in water. JET SKI Jet Ski Clips JE to view current 3 inch jet ski clips that hold jet skis in place JE on site on next visit & advise if he prefers larger ones. Jet Ski JE approved one jet ski - $10,250 — jet ski on LSJ. Cover Complete delivered. Trailer on LSJ. Floating dock for jet ski is complete. CART PATHS Slip Road to Gym 1. New road to the gym has been cut, stone work around Complete triangle completed & cactus garden planted. Coconut trees planted in triangle. 2. Stone walls in that area reworked to make them similar to the Complete new walls. Approach Road to 1. Width of road near the gym entrance reduced. Combined Complete Gym with slip road to gym/helipad. Approved - $392.90 for solar powered extractor fan. Ordered & expected in PB by Nov. 24. Cleared Area Seeding Cleared area has been seeded. Complete Deer JE advised Miles to dart deer & move them to Great St. James. Matt 12/12 Guns and darts on LSJ, no tranquilizer. Matt has contacted local vet to provide tranquilizer. Vet to be on site to supervise - project to be completed by Dec 12. Surveyor Moseley on island Oct 30 & surveyed points marked by JE and Khan. Results have been emailed to architect and JE. JE requested additional contour lines to be surveyed as marked Mosely 12/5 on plans — expected completion by Dec 5. Marking Poles JE requested 100 4-ft rebar poles & 30 x 10 ft white pvc poles Bruce 11/26 with spray paint & tape. 9 EFTA00577501 ESTATE PROGRESS REPORT — November 28, 2003 LSJ NEXT DATE REVISED LOCATION COMMENT ACTION BY BY DATE TECHNOLOGY/ MISC Digital Phone System Marc spoke to Steve Scully & Scully says there are still some Scully extensions that are analog (only on the voice side, data is all digital). As of Nov 18, Vitel Co claims there is a problem in converting channel banks to all digital. Scully looking into taking Vitel Co to the Public Works Commission to force them to convert to all digital. Update to follow. Generators 1. Approved - new generator on LSJ. Installation to be linked to Boscoe / 12/31 upgrade of electrical panel. Miles / M. Glidden 2. Upgrading exiting panel from 300 amps to 600 amps — JE M Glidden / approved M Glidden quote. Installation date to be determined Rich once Glidden informs Rich of time frame for receiving panel & installing so as not to interfere with JE's Christmas plans. Curtains — Beach New white gauze fabric delivered to Fabric Mill on St. John to 12/26 Office make up curtains - will not be completed until after Christmas. Chaise Lounge / Chaise Lounge - Pinto to decide on furniture. Furniture — MH Plastic Pots Approved -10 pots from Conran shop purchased. Conran shop 12/12 made a mistake and thought the pots were in the US when they were ordered - they are still in Italy — expected by Dec 12. Redecoration Wicker furniture options — Pinto. Island Grill Viking Grill: Doug has specs so that he can draw it up — and Doug give it to Miles to have a price quote for building it Light House Architect is in the process of drawing up blueprints. He was JE told that the light house would be erected on solid rock & does not require soil borings anymore. Please see attached proposal & estimate. JE to advise. Bunk Beds JE to advise which bunk beds to purchase. On hold until after On Hold New Year. Underwater Lights Per JE, Miles to source alternative lights. Miles Miscellaneous According to the VI Environmental Protection Agency, LSJ has no Discharge Permit & the present Intake Permit is incomplete. EPA has requested that LSJ reapply for both permits ASAP. The application forms were hand-delivered to P Hoffinan's office. P Hoffman (Oct 29) sd he will teleconference with P Gandy & Amy Dempsey week of Nov 10 re: the applications. Per P.
