If funds have not cleared in our account, we will not be able to hand over keys. Move In/Check-In Process We will inform you of the Check-In time and date as soon as this has been arranged. Please let us know in advance if you would like a specific time so that we try and accommodate your request. A Check-In Report will be carried out and we will test the Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Alarms. You will be provided with a Welcome Pack which must be signed by all named Tenants in order for keys to be released. The Check-In Report will then be sent to you 2-3 working days after the Check-In. It is compulsory that all Tenants attend the Property on the day of the move-in. If you are not able to attend please let us know ASAP as we will require confirmation of this to be signed before we can release any keys.
