Principal Biographies — Helmut Weymar
F. HELMUT WEYMAR. Helmut is Chairman of Farmhouse Capital Management LLC, a hedge fund management company
based in Princeton. Helmut is also Managing General Partner of Baxter Partners LP, a family investment partnership, and
President of Twin Chimney, Inc., a family foundation. In addition, he is a director of the MIT Investment Management
Company and a member of the Investment Committee and past Vice Chairman of the Board of Pingry School in Martinsville,
NJ, from which he graduated in 1954.
• Helmut is former Chairman/CEO and co-founder of Stockton Holdings Limited, a privately held reinsurance company based
in Bermuda that was the successor organization to Commodities Corporation. Helmut founded Commodities Corporation in
1969, which grew to become a leading proprietary trading and hedge fund management firm that launched the careers of
many notable and leading hedge fund managers. Commodities Corporation was acquired by Goldman Sachs & Co. in 1997.
• Prior to founding Commodities Corporation, Helmut was Manager of Commodity Economics at Nabisco, Inc. Helmut is a
past member of the Chicago Board of Trade and the New York Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange, where he served on its
Board of Managers and Executive Committee. He also served on the Board and Executive Committee both of the National
Futures Association and of the Futures Industry Association and is a founding inductee to the Futures Industry Hall of Fame.
• Helmut's doctoral dissertation, Dynamics of the World Cocoa Market, was published by MIT Press (1968) and received the
American Agricultural Economic Association's award for best published research that year. His other published works
include a chapter in Social Policies for America in the Seventies: Nine Divergent Views (1968), and articles in the American
Economic Review and the Commodity Yearbook.
• Helmut is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Business and Engineering
Administration (1958) and a PhD. in Economics (1965). Helmut is Vice President, former President and co-founder of the
Siasconset Beach Preservation Fund, organized in 1992 to explore and implement an erosion control program on Nantucket
Island, Massachusetts.

Principal Biographies - Seb Calabro
SEBASTIANO F. CALABRO, JR. Seb is co-founder and managing member of Farmhouse Capital Management LLC, a hedge fund
management company based in Princeton. Seb is also co-founder and managing member of CurAlea Associates LLC, a firm providing
risk management and other advisory services to hedge funds and hedge fund investors. At CurAlea, Seb has built and enhanced risk
management processes and infrastructures for several hedge fund firms. He also provides qualitative assessments of hedge fund
risk profiles and recommends potential hedges. In addition, Seb has performed due diligence on hedge funds for hedge fund
investors and has provided portfolio construction, research direction, and risk management advice for hedge funds.
Prior to forming CurAlea in 2010, Seb was Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at the Galleon Group from October 2007 to
2009. Seb built an institutional quality Risk Management Infrastructure, was a member of the capital allocation team and helped
structure market portfolio hedges to reduce overall portfolio risk. From 2005 to 2007, Seb was a Partner and Chief Investment
Officer at Rubicon Quantitative Fund Management LP, were he headed a team that built Quantitative Trading Models across
multiple asset classes (currency, interest rate, equity and commodity).
Prior to joining Rubicon, Seb was employed at Commodities Corporation LLC from 1991 to 1997 and Goldman Sachs from 1997 to
2005, following Goldman Sachs' acquisition of Commodities Corporation in 1997. Seb was a Managing Director in the Hedge Fund
Strategies Group ("HFS") at Goldman Sachs and was responsible for identifying and evaluating hedge fund managers with a focus on
global macro and managed futures strategies. Seb was also responsible for constructing portfolios for over $5 billion of assets
across all hedge fund strategies, served as the Chair of the HFS Risk Committee, and served as sole portfolio manager (among other
mandates) for Stockton Reinsurance Investment Limited ("SRIL"), the successor company to Commodities Corporation (SRIL
portfolio became GS Princeton Fund, the flagship product of HFS). Seb built the allocation model that SRIL used to define (1) the
appropriate amount of leverage the firm was willing to assume and (2) the suggested allocation among various hedge fund
strategies. This portfolio represented substantially all the investment ("non-insurance") assets of SRIL.
Prior to the role at Goldman Sachs, Seb headed the Quantitative Research and Risk Management Group for four years. His
responsibilities included developing quantitative models for risk measurement, risk monitoring, portfolio construction and
evaluating quantitative trading approaches. Seb has a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Computer Science and an MBA from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Principal Biographies - Peter Ort
PETER ORT. Pete is co-founder and managing member of Farmhouse Capital Management LLC, a hedge fund management
company based in Princeton. Pete is also co-founder and managing member of CurAlea Associates LLC, a firm providing risk
management and other advisory services to hedge funds and hedge fund investors.
Prior to CurAlea, Pete was a Managing Director at Karsch Capital Management ("KCM"), a $3.3 billion hedge fund
management company, where he was the Head of Business Strategy and a member of the Risk Committee. At KCM, Pete
worked closely with the portfolio manager and senior analyst teams on portfolio strategy & risk management, recruited a
senior portfolio manager and team for a new distressed strategy, and interacted with prospective and existing clients,
particularly in Asia.
Prior to joining KCM in March 2009, Pete was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. Pete was co-Head of the Hedge
Fund Strategies Group ("HFS") where he shared responsibility for $25 billion of investments with external hedge funds
across all hedge fund strategies on a global basis and for all aspects of portfolio & risk management, manager research &
selection, operational due diligence, and marketing. During the period of Pete's leadership of HFS, the group achieved
record annual revenues in excess of $300 million.
Pete first joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in 1996 in the Investment Banking Division's Financial Institutions Group. From 2000-
2001, Pete was a Vice President of Smartleaf, Inc. Pete graduated from Duke University in 1991 and obtained J.D. and
M.B.A. degrees from New York University in 1995. Pete was a Fulbright Scholar in Japan from 1991-1992. Pete grew up
speaking Czech and also speaks some German, Japanese, French, Spanish, and Italian.
Pete is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars. Pete is also a member of the State Board of Directors of
Junior Achievement of New Jersey, an organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness,
entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
