There are few things I wanted to mention in immediate look of the Doors. There are few very deep scratches on the Doors, which could be eliminated. There are things that are not included in the estimate, but necessary for the work to be sort of "complete". I. Round Window, rubber insert which holds the glass and make it water proof is coming out. It needs to be reset with the glue ( or caulking 50 years warranty ). 2. Space between the woodwork ( Door Frame ) and the wall is about 1/8" and needs to be filled. 3. Lamp, the electric panel is raised to permit electrical cord to function, needs to be drilled and laid flat, so the woodwork is not going to rot with time. 4. The Lamp Holder lost all the protective paint on top, needs re-painting. ( Actually, you can not see it from the street.) Last thing, the Door Knob and the plate can be polished. The left plate has an opening in it. I think this is an accommodation from another door. Can be duplicated. I just wanted to bring all these thing to your attention, so if the Owner of the house will ask you about all these matters, you will be prepared.
