Would it be possible to provide in the contract that Gulfstream pilots will conduct the test but under the supervision of a Chevron pilot, and subject to the 4 exclusions already present in Section 5.3? In addition to the other comments noted on the attached marked-up contract, we have made those changes to Section 5.3 and provided that the scope of flight inspection is set forth in an attached exhibit.
