It is a corporate policy and I have told you that since the beginning of our discussions. We have no problem following
the Gulfstream test flight protocol and you can have observers on the flight, but Chevron pilots will fly. We need to
talk. I just tried you. Call me when you can.

Larry, Please call me to discuss. Chevron is not willing to let Gulfstream pilots fly. You should be able to hire a
Gulfstream avionic tech, not a Gulfstream test pilot to observe.

Josh,
Gulfstream has stated that its pilots must perform the flight test; its pilots are not permitted in the jump
seat if Chevron pilots perform the flight test. Would it be possible to provide in the contract that
Gulfstream pilots will conduct the test but under the supervision of a Chevron pilot, and subject to the 4
exclusions already present in Section 5.3? In addition to the other comments noted on the attached
marked-up contract, we have made those changes to Section 5.3 and provided that the scope of flight
inspection is set forth in an attached exhibit. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Larry
