- New seat for beach cleaner — ordered — de-rust it, and clean it — Danny to schedule
3. Computers/Phones
- Room 3 Phone not working — Danny repaired 9/21 - COMPLETE
4. Five Palms
- Painting outside — Primer/Base Coat — color as existing — completed 9/21
- Furniture — outside furniture in place — Karen to tie down cushions to resolve wind issues, completed by 10/10
- Picture frame — measurements forwarded to Sarah - 86 x 70
- Mirrored siding —will continue to reglue — possible mural work
- Piano — retune — Patrick Baron — 9/18
- Transformer shed — painting completed and door installed 9/18 - COMPLETE
- Fiber work — $2,956.25 quote approved to re-pull fiber — Liston Network scheduled to be on site 9/24
5. Grotto
- Mattress cover — JE approved buying fabric, making cover locally, will have fabric by 9/23
