WIND. having an eastern wall would block the best view . i suggest the current pool location is cradles in the arms of two hills and the view is not compromised by st john or st thomas. . much more tropical if one doesn see the ugliness. I think a spa on the beach , in stead of the current tennis court would also be preferabble , i would have driect access to ocean. and be able to walkthe beach after excercise or massage.
