Addition to cornice moulding. Installing trim at windows. Blacking out the perforations at the window screens. Installation of two replacement doors at cabinets to match existing doors. Punch list and final installation items. 1 told JP to review the proposed travel expenses as they were to high. This proposal does not include any waxing or refinishing of the paneling beyond what the finish is today, cleaned up. The refinishers will probably be different artists that the carpenters completing the woodwork. This proposal does not include the decorative tooled leather to cover the sliding window panels. JP said it was by a different vender and he would resubmit the proposal. JP assured me that he would send you his recommendation for the ceiling treatment keeping the plaster as it is and painting the ceiling with murals. The flooring is expected to be delivered to LSJ by the end of November and the installation could start first of December depending scheduling by Molyneux and Fancelli to complete the woodwork. Please give your attention to the Fancelli invoice provided by Molyneux Studio, I recommend payment of the deposit so that the work may proceed as quickly as possible.
