I think you'd benefit from the locals knowing that you have security staff. Have PRD painted as security boat. Put "Saint James Islands SECURITY" in large letters on the hull, and maybe a few hull stripes that resembles a police or patrol boat. Put a police light bar in top. Green color is legal on civilian boats and a strong searchlight. While I don't think you'd want to pay for full time security officers, a daily or twice daily trip around GSJ with a slow cruise through Christmas Cove will quickly spread the word that the island is being monitored by security. And occasional night round with searchlight would reinforce that as well. EFTA01057534  PRD can still be used as prior, but now serves as a deterrent for crashing the island.
