We discussed with Rich Kahn that BP will not loan us the cash to make the proposed repairs we sent to our partner. I had asked Rich for a little more time as I wanted to get Tommy Decker back to AYH to see if we could value engineer a better and less costly solution. Tommy just left St. Thomas and anticipating some feedback shortly. In the meantime, AYH is performing nicely we are 14% ahead of budget as of June. We will for sure reach out to Rich Kahn as soon as I catch up with Tommy after the holiday and have a recommendation.
