EFTA01008177 The price for the Flag pole pool is $64000. This was the price agreed to by Mr. Gordon. And since it was already agreed to I don't see that renegotiating is something that should be done. That said as a measure of good faith I would be willing to reduce this by 5% from $64000 to $60800 On the second pool I agreed to a 10% reduction and that comes to $57500. There is not an additional 10% discount off of these totals. Very sorry if that was not clear. The total for the two pools $118300. Thank you for your time . That being said I will draft up a letter of intent and issue it to you with the scope, pricing, and scheduled start date (since you are flying in guys from FL). You said on the phone that you would offer a 10% discount for both pools so my number is $109,350.00 after a 10% discount. Please let me know if this is correct if not I will adjust accordingly.
