She said the agents plan to be ready at the airport before the flight arrives, and that they intend to coordinate with CBP so that he is held upon arrival. Given the timing, we expect this would be a Monday presentment. The agents plan to execute the search warrant at the NYC residence immediately following the arrest on Saturday night—I'm about to reach out to the duty magistrate in the hopes of swearing it out today. Regarding approaches, I checked with our agent and she told me that they should be able to make approaches starting on Sunday morning.
