One of his islands that hosts alternate reality experiences on their island (35K USD per visit). There is a group called "Unforbidden" who organise events and are looking for an island to collaborate with (Tom Williamson and Tom Latchford). Could be a good rebrand for your island. Thought I'd see if you were interested. I've cancelled the Tulum gathering and intend to spend time in NYC. I can get some interesting people together as well.
