I think I'm being used as an escape goat because Jermaine is barely on LSJ. Jermaine would come over to do a task but it's never fully completed so he would then have to come back again. When Jermaine does arrive on LSJ he has forgotten something or is unable to stay to complete the task, therefore we have to reschedule him for another day and he's usually an hour or 2 late which affects our boat runs. It takes 21 days for something to potentially become a habit and 66 for it to really become part of you - so on 2/10 JR and I will assess together if this program works for him, he goes solo while I am away, and we assess again when I return. I think this is a great idea and you must realize that you will be spending a fair bit of time organizing him. At some point, he will need to organize himself and therefore I hope that this will be treated a learning exercise and not another "Daphne task" to be completed in perpetuity. Might as well get it and bring it with you to LSJ. I believe JR is forced to spend so much time on LSJ is because he is not planning the tasks through. Anna can tell you, unless something breaks, JE plans out way in advance his major projects. All 5 of these tasks have been on the punch list for months - JE may tweak while in progress, but he requested everything a long time ago. So I am hoping that being held accountable to a written daily or weekly task list, he can really start to tighten his schedule, and get in get done and get back. Besides the server purchase - what else goes with that task? Does he just buy and plug in? No wiring, etc? I would like to work with him on the STC punch list tomorrow afternoon. One issue that I have is that he is spending so much time on LSJ that when we need him at STC, he is never there. There are those issues that pop up during the day. I am going to forward to you a list of those tasks, on a daily or weekly basis, depending on how it goes. Please comment or edit as you see fit: EFTA00866032 Wednesday - January 21 Task: Server quotes from vendors - emailed to all Thursday and Friday - January 22 and January 23 Task #1: Deliver 2010 Suburban to Bronx Security to install the light bar and repair the KC lights on the bush guard Task #2: Purchase (1) LTE Micro cell for MC Kitchen - available at AT&T - JE approved purchase Task #3: Three new theater speakers on LSJ - unpack, inspect, install Task#4: Universal Remote for theater - need to complete the Macro programming Task #5: Install the Micro cell in the kitchen JR and I went over all of these tasks, as well as some open items, this afternoon. The timeline is his, and the order and logistics we decided on together. I also suggested to him that he begin to keep a STC Punch List so he can better schedule the tasks that he has at both locations. I plan to work this way with JR, let him tweak as he sees fits and hopefully it will evolve into a practice. Again, especially for the STC side, if there is something you think I should be aware of to better assist him with his scheduling, let me know. DW EFTA00866033
