Nordea also asked that T needed a broker to receive the funds, and remit to DnB MNOK 18 (as will probably be required by DnB) to lift the mortgage and allow M to issue a clean deed to Terje and Mona. If there is to be some sort of sellersfinancing , the details need to be clear both to Nordea and to the broker and also reflected in the purchase agreement.
