i finally heard back from Hector this morning who did not =ave any concerns about attached quote from future tech he
=id pose a few questions (see below)
quote attached is for 104,431 (travel and =odging not included estimated at 15,000) there is =pproximately 15,000-
20,000 of equipment and labor that will not be =eeded if sandia to main house works however this will only be known
=fter field site survey is completed attached =imeline was from 2.5 weeks ago which will push completion date to
=pproximately 2nd week of July if you want to =roceed i would like to begin process soon so everything is complete
=efore your August visit note - i also will attempt =o negotiate bid once you give me direction please =dvise thank you
Sequence of Events:
1. </=>Week of 4/25/16
a. FT provide quote to Zorro Ranch (4/25/16)
b. Zorro Ranch review quote and approve (1-2 days)
c. Future Tech to start the FCC licensing process
• &=bsp; &nb=p;i. Upon written approval of quote
• &=bsp; ii. Process will take 1 week to get initial channels =ssigned
• &=bsp; iii. Entire licensing process will take 4-5 weeks
d. Zorro Ranch issue PO and provide payment (1-2 days)
2. </=>Week of 5/2/16
a. FCC provide conditional channel approval
• &=bsp; &nb=p;i. Remaining period of time is just paperwork process to =inalize license
b. Future Tech order equipment based off of conditional =hannel approval to get order in process
• &=bsp; &nb=p;i. 4-6 week lead time after receipt of order
3. </=>Week of 5/9 or 5/16
a. Future Tech to conduct Field Site Survey
4. </=>Week of 5/23
a. Future Tech to complete field report
b. Future Tech to order consumable materials based upon field =eport
S. </=>Week of 6/16 (Estimated based upon the above chain =f events and equipment lead time)
a. Deploy to market to install solution
Please note =he above is a HIGH LEVEL timeline to help provide an outline for the =ath =orward.

Hi =ichard,
Is there anything =pecific that you have concerns? Everything looks fine but just a =eminder, just like GSJ, I'm
more in the configuration aspect and not =he physical installations.
Also depending on what your future needs =re:
what are your internet =andwidth plans for 2-4 years
is the internet for only =he main residence?
Are there plans to =edistribute in other parts of the ranch?

Hey Richard.
I hope all is well with you.
Per our discussion last week we have finalized =ur design for this project to support the requested 1
GBPS solution =rom Day 1. The incremental cost from 300 MB to 1 GB is all related to software =icensing costs on this
solution and is negligible to the total project. =n that basis we just designed this to 1 GBPS day one.
I have attached the link design for you and have =rovided a summary below.
Within this plan we would order the required =quipment (2 links + 1 spare set) and licensing (3 links) to
expedite =he delivery of service. If we were to try and break this into PLAN A and PLAN B it =ould delay things by a whole
order of magnitude and increase your cost =y more than the extra FCC license cost we are putting in day 1 ($4k

=nvestment to streamline the project). By taking this approach we can speed up the deployment timeline and cover all
our =ases so that when we come out to do the install we have the solution in =lace.
1. Primary Link Design
a. Sandia Crest to Main =esidence
&nb=p; =/span>11 GHz with 4' =ntennas
&nb=p; =/span>NOTE: If this "Primary =olution" is successful you would have 1
extra set of spare equipment =2 total), as the second link from ZDC Main to Main Residence would not be =sed.
2. Secondary Link Design
a. Sandia Crest to ZDC
&nb=p; =/span>11 GHz with 4' =ntennas
b. ZDC Tower to Main =esidence
&nb=p; i. =/span>11 GHz with 2' =ntennas
&nb=p; =/span>NOTE: if we were to go =ith secondary solution based upon the
primary solution not working from = line of site perspective, you would have 1set of spare equipment.
Quote Assumptions:
1. Travel costs — all =ravel costs (Flights, car rentals, hotel) to be billed back to customer =t cost +15%
2. Shipping costs — all =hipping costs to be billed back to customer at cost +15%
3. Permitting — the end =ser will handle any necessary permits (if required)
4. Consumables — the =ttached quote is an estimate and will be verified based upon site =urvey
5. Site Readiness — FT =ssumes that the sites have tower space, cabinet space for power =upplies,
power available and switch/router in place to take receipt of =ervice
