We are going to propose to try something far more economical that we are hoping to will free up a substantial amount of the cash sitting at AYH. It's taken a while to develop. I am having the process written up in a more technical manner and will reach out direction to Rich Kahn when I get back from vacation. Ball park is that we can try to fix the docks for around $500K in this more mom and pop manner rather than a total re-do. I will arrange to talk Rich through this to make sure he agrees with and has a chance to answer questions on method/cost/timing. I have also cut the guys loose to fix the garage ceiling which has been a sore point for Jeffrey.
