I've been working on the deferrals from the July Council meeting plus some items that Cheryl gave me.
This is what I have:
1) Appeal by Owen and Marjorie Larkin, 315 South Lake Drive, of an Administrative Decision
Regarding a Unity of Title Agreement.
Deferred from the June 9 meeting.
I've copied it in Muni Agenda. You may want to look over all the attachments to this item.
2) The Appeal by James Brindell on Behalf of 144 Wells Road was to be deferred for 60 days from the
June 9 meeting_ but I believe it was taken care of at the July 8 meeting. I have not done anything with
this item.
3) Site Plan Review #14-2007 with Variances & Special Exception
Deferred from the June 9 meeting.
I've copied it in Muni Agenda. You just need to approve it.
4) Site Plan Review #5-2008 with Variance
Deferred from the July 8 meeting.
I've copied it in Muni Agenda. You just need to approve it.
Cheryl gave me the following items. I don't know anything about them.
Sod/seed requirements for demos
Review of infrastructure of large homes
I also have a copy of a letter from Trump Properties appealing the ARCOM decision for 515 North County
Road. If this goes to the Council, you will need to enter it.
