Their broker never showed them the property. They couldn't believe the views and like the "south end" location. U waiting for a second showing to be confirmed this morning. We also had a representative/broker come from Boca Raton. I spoke to him Friday night. His client is Brazilian. They are looking in Boca and PB for a seasonal home. They have a designer that would renovate/redesign etc...The broker told me he's preparing a contract for me which I should receive tomorrow. This should be a very busy week. When I arrived yesterday there were 2 large boxes from "Frontgate". I put them in the garage. Thanks again and I'll be in touch.
