why not cover the space between the two builindgs so stays city, less hot etc.

Good day Rich and Michael,
Please see attached for the GSJ Maintenance Building New Conceptual plans. Include are a site plan, site
section, and floor plan. This concept divides the building into two rectangles rather than the original "U"
shape. This allows for access to the remainder of the peninsula so those three parcels are have access.
There is an easement that runs through straight between the two buildings. Also allows for the smaller
building to house the work functions separately from the garage/vehicle storage areas. This allows better air
quality in the work areas, also will allow you to cut down on A/C and energy usage. Also breaks up the
building rather than having one massive building on the top of the hill. One taller building for the vehicles
and a shorter building for the work spaces.
The floor plan shows a plan grid for the metal building structure and anticipated concrete slab size. No
interior walls yet just room names/labels which show the relationships of the various spaces within the
exterior walls.
The cottage construction documents are 95% complete; we are just doing a final review.
