I am not sure if you are in the loop on the specifics of Rich's request regarding the slip agreements. I am also not sure if the terms in the documents Rich delivered track what we had proposed earlier (I just haven't had a chance to ask Tom) but even if they do we would like to address all of the outstanding issues at once and not piecemeal them. Please note that the marina GM does not have the authority to amend the pricing on these vessels. We will however update the vessels sizes assuming that they are accurate. I am requesting that we stick with the existing lines of communication that have been opened between partners since Mr. Epstein's inquiries began earlier in 2013.
