I am a fifth-year PhD student in Earth and Planetary Sciences at UNM and I study the field geology of northwestern New Mexico in the Cuba/Nageezi/Bloomfield area. I have 5 years' experience in teaching undergraduates field geology in sedimentary rocks similar to those exposed in the Galisteo Basin near this property, and I would be able to bring along geologic maps and reports on the area to share with anyone interested. I am available this Wednesday, Friday, this weekend, or Monday through Thursday of next week. If those days are inconvenient, I'm happy to schedule a later visit, as well.
