I have an alarm that lights up very dimly and makes a very faint sound and slowly get brighter and louder. ...it never gets brighter or louder cause I turn it off in one second. He has study hall first period so he doesn't have to go in til that's over. So he can sleep until 7:30 as opposed to Sam who's up at 6:30! Today I went in to wake him up (which I have to do all the time — he can't wake up himself— alarms don't work!). I thought he was up and I called up to him five minutes before he has to leave, and he was still in bed! I was so mad. He's always late for school. It makes me crazy. He's already had detentions because he's late so much. He aggravates me so many mornings. He's so much more difficult than Sam. His room is always a mess — leaves wet towels on the floor and dirty clothes in the bathroom. No matter how many times I tell him, he just doesn't pick stuff up. I've grounded him and he'll be good for a week or so but then it's back to the old ways. It's amazing how different kids can be Anyway, enough of my complaining.... Looking forward to dinner!! I'm sure you could walk it but I assume you will be in heels and it would be easier to jump in a cab and ask them to drop you at 58th and Madison. It is Way closer to madison on the north side of street. It is across from tao if you know where that is! The food and atmosphere are phenomenal! Way to go sam! Did your kids complain about going to practice? For that matter, did they complain about going to 1st grade? Ty can bitch and moan about both then I know once he gets to either he has fun! ..well at least practice he does. And he days he has a good day at school every day when I ask.
