working on giving all the Wells a long rest period after Nov all

6/29/2017 2/12/19 - Gilbert Luna (Universal Paving) & his Forman On Site to
Review Final Section of Work. He Proposed Only to "Fix" 20001 -
MH Z to Bull Head. He indicated Fix for Office to Main Gates.
Proposed Work to begin March.
BG has concerns regarding "Fix" & Proposed Start Date, due to
Temps. Recommend late April/May. BG explained Owner would
want New Surface to Run from MH Z to Cattle Guard RC, Office to
Main Gates
BG indicated a payment of 100k, Gilbert Luna would need to sign
Legal Binder. He expressed concerns as requested work would
cost him approx. 100k. He was to review numbers & get back with
BG. As of date & time no contact has been made.
Should we contact Mountain States or another Company to see if Awaiting
:they are interested in providing a Proposal for a "Fix"? Response
3/18/19 - Received letter from Calvert & Menicucci - collections
agency for Universal Construction, Inc. Forwarded to RK & DI. A
complete timeline & details of the Project will be forwarded to DI

RMC Electric. Existing system was designed for local control at the
physical switches not controlled by the Lutron system in the Mech
Rooms, therefore will be difficult, but not impossible to upgrade.
Lutron are reviewing the options and will forward details within 10
