As part of the story, we're citing a sworn affidavit filed by one of his alleged victims, who says she was sexually assaulted in 1996 by Ms. Maxwell and Mr. Epstein in a mansion in Ohio. She says she reported the incident to the FBI and to the NYPD, and that to her knowledge, the FBI took no action against Ms. Maxwell or Mr. Epstein.
