Based upon discussions between Geneva and Mr. Epstein's staff,=it is our understanding that both you and the Commissioner will be unavail=ble for the remainder of the month and it would be extremely disappointing=if we could not reach some agreement as to the clean up of certain areas and the planting at our meeting this Frid=y.
