Hello Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to me concerning providing Architectural and Site Design services for your Project.
For your consideration... here is my Profile:
• Registered Architect
• Small Boutique Firm specializing in High End Custom Residences and Family Compounds.
• Active in Florida, Bahamas, Colorado and Turks and Caicos.
• I do a low volume of projects per year with a very hands approach with the Building Process. Many
Architects never visit the job sites.
* I am typically retained to provide Construction Management and follow the construction through to the
completion. I usually observe the construction phases and process the construction billings on a monthly
basic. Photos and Videos, Progress memos and reports. I am on site usually at least 1 time a week.
* Design Style - as you know the Style is a result of the Client's sensitivities. I have done Mediterranean,
West Indies, Classical Bahamian, Modern and many that are considered Transitional.
Discussion: I researched Amen Resorts and reviewed Amanyara in the Turks and Caicos and Amanpulo in
the Philippines... I was extremely impressed with the Finish and Quality of the Projects.
I feel I am very flexible in my design abilities and would look at the Clients marketing and Comp studies in the
market to assist in the determination of the Style... I would assume that the style would be in keeping with the
Aman Projects I have reviewed online. I assume there would be an inherent Asian Grace with possibly some
local flair... possibly traces of West Indies.
I thought it might be helpful for your Client to see some of my projects to help him determine if I would be a
good fit for your needs. Please see a list of links that will give a feel of the Design and Detail of projects that I
have done. Keep in mind I am not necessarily representing these would be the Design Styles I would suggest
for the subject project.
1. This projects shows a large size and conveys a level of detail at a fine level: The exterior Living Room
overlooking the custom pool is my favorite part of the house

Ft Lauderdale 22,000 SF Residence
2. Family Compound in the Bahamas, 11,000 SF, 200 ft dock, Pool with waterfall, 100KW Generator,
38,000 gal Cistern, 4 Car Garage, 9 bed, 10 Baths, Bahama Style. 2 Master Bedrooms and Kitchen, Living and
Dining all at the second level to be above the Hurricane Surge Level. The Client has a large family and this
house / compound gets a great deal of use.
3. Beach Front Residence, Bahamas. 5,500 SF house 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, zero edge pool on the hard-rock
beach. West Indies Transitional Style.
4. Very small but very fun! House designed for a Surfer/ Artist. Located on a cliff, nestled on a property
with complete coverage of native vegetation. The Client wanted to have a removed from the grid and remote
feel. There are future pods planned as his funds allow...for now we use the house as much as we can.
5. Current Project in for Permitting in Ft Lauderdale. Modem Style
6. I did a modern home on the East side of Ft lauderdale... the Real Estate people did a fun video.

7. My current Large Project in final stages of completion. It is not totally complete and the pictures are not
great but convey the Concepts. I thought it may be helpful to see how I approach the Design process. When I
design, I do a story board similar to initial movie production.
My client purchased the largest residential property in the City of Ft Lauderdale. His intent was to use the
property to dock his very large boat. I designed a "Carriage House" To allow him to get off the boat and have a
large pool, Waterfall, Pavilion and a one bedroom one bath suite with Kitchen and Living Room. The project is
pending Final Inspections, Painting touch up, Landscape etc and nearing completion. See my concept
sketches and some supporting photos.

In closing, I have the time now to take on a large and design intensive project. I have a strong interest in taking
the discussion of your project to the next level.
I would very much like to be considered for your project
Thanks
Lee
